    Trauma focused treatment

    Trauma-focused therapy offers a safe, supportive space to process past experiences and begin healing. Using evidence-based approaches like EMDR and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), we help you gently explore your story, reduce distress, and build resilience—so you can move forward with greater peace and strength.

    AAMFT Clinical Supervision

    Kristine Baker, LMFT is currently an AAMFT Approved Supervisor in Training under mentorship of an AAMFT Approved Mentor. She guides and evaluates MFT’s trainees working toward licensure to develop professionally and hone clinical skills utilizing a systemic approach.
