Our Services

At Anchor Point Therapy, we provide a range of services designed to support healing, growth, and meaningful change. Whether you’re seeking support as an individual, couple, or family, navigating life transitions, or working toward professional development, our approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to your unique goals.

  • Individual Therapy

Individual therapy offers a supportive, one-on-one space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and challenges with a licensed therapist. Together, you’ll create personalized goals and work at your own pace toward healing, growth, and greater self-understanding. Whether you’re facing anxiety, depression, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck, this is your time to feel heard, supported, and empowered.

  • Couple & Family Therapy

Couple and family therapy provides a supportive space to strengthen relationships, improve communication, and navigate challenges together. Using a systemic approach and emotionally focused techniques, your therapist will guide you through meaningful conversations that foster understanding, connection, and lasting change—whether you're facing conflict, life transitions, or simply want to grow closer as a couple or family.

  • Couples Therapy Intensives and Retreats

Our couple’s therapy intensives are designed for partners seeking a concentrated, evidence-based therapeutic experience that allows for greater depth than traditional weekly sessions. Intensives create the space to identify entrenched relational patterns, address underlying emotional needs, and begin restructuring interactional cycles that sustain disconnection.

  • Coaching

Coaching offers a goal-oriented space to help you navigate life’s challenges with clarity and confidence. Through supportive conversations and a personalized plan, you’ll focus on practical solutions, build on your strengths, and take actionable steps toward the future you want.

  • Trauma focused treatment

Trauma-focused therapy offers a safe, supportive space to process past experiences and begin healing. Using evidence-based approaches like EMDR and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), we help you gently explore your story, reduce distress, and build resilience—so you can move forward with greater peace and strength.

  • AAMFT Clinical Supervision

Kristine Baker, LMFT is currently an AAMFT Approved Supervisor in Training under mentorship of an AAMFT Approved Mentor. She guides and evaluates MFT’s trainees working toward licensure to develop professionally and hone clinical skills utilizing a systemic approach.

“Owning our story and loving ourselves through that process is the bravest thing that we’ll ever do.”
