Kristine Baker, LMFT
Owner
Kristine Baker, LMFT, is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 10 years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families. She holds a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Syracuse University with a Certificate of Advanced Study (CAS) in Trauma Informed Practice. Her background includes providing intensive in-home family therapy to at-risk youth, facilitating family reunification, and working with diverse populations across community mental health, substance use treatment, and Veteran services. Grounded in a systemic perspective, Kristine emphasizes strengthening relationships and fostering healthy family and community connections. She is trained and certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, which she integrates into her work with individuals, couples, and families to address the lasting effects of trauma, anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress. Kristine’s approach centers on healing through connection encouraging clients to engage in mind-body awareness, nurture meaningful relationships, and cultivate resilience within their families and communities.

Vanessa Araya, LMSW
Vanessa Araya is a Licensed Master Social Worker and psychotherapist who provides individual and group therapy for children, adolescents, and adults. With formal training in creative arts therapy, Vanessa integrates mind-body integration therapy, cognitive-behavioral, and expressive arts approaches to support clients coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, and chronic illness. With experience in hospital, outpatient, and community-based settings, Vanessa creates a safe, collaborative space for healing and self-expression. Vanessa integrates creative modalities to help clients express emotions, strengthen coping skills, and foster empowerment. Vanessa promotes healing, resilience, and self-discovery in a safe, supportive environment. Vanessa is passionate about creating a holistic safe space while providing culturally responsive, creative, and compassionate care that empowers clients to build resilience, self-discovery and emotional well-being.

Kimberly Giller, LMSW
Kimberly Giller is a licensed Master of Social Work with a focus on helping individuals navigate challenges related to depression, bipolar disorder, substance abuse, trauma, PTSD, and anxiety. She holds a Master's degree from Syracuse University, where she began her career as an integrated treatment therapist, working in both mental health and substance abuse.
After taking time to focus on her family, Kimberly is excited to return to her passion of helping others. She operates from a strengths-based perspective, believing that a diagnosis does not define a person. Her approach is rooted in the idea that changing our thoughts can change our behavior and that trauma remains in the body until healing can occur.
When she's not working, Kimberly enjoys spending time outdoors and is committed to lifelong learning.
